    Ergonomics is a science that deals with the individual and his work environment. It is a study of individual’s activity in work or at home. It involves the study of the postures, blood circulation aspects, back problems and issues related to individual’s physical limitations. In simple words it helps people to do their work more efficiently and with fewer chances of injury and illness.
